We often get into bad mood and use it as a reason for not performing so many things at work or at home. Being in bad mood not just troubles us, it also affects our surroundings and people around you. Getting into bad mood is happen to anyone but we should know how to snap out from bad mood or stress..Here are few tricks to get out from bad mood 
1.  Starting doing something which you love 😍 

Interests differs from person to person and do something you really enjoy like singing, dancing, reading or travelling around which you would help you recover from the bad mood 


2 .  Get a short break ☺        

Take a leave from your usual routine and escape to some place along with your favourite buddies or alone. A short break in the long day will definitely help in changing the mood. 



3. Talk to people which you love 😍 

There are special ones who listens to your worries and they will give an exact solution sometimes just talking to them heals everything. Give an small try you can find difference 


4. Be Calm 🧘‍♀️ 
                                
  Keep yourself away from the real world and spend some time with yourself. Listen to music or meditate, talk a walk into the garden and enjoy being alone. The obvious thing is to be calm yourself because being anxious and angry doesn't contribute to your betterment.
Humans are slave to their habit. It's take a lot of time and effort to change some of your habit,so don't be harsh on yourself when the changes aren't working out. Try a new method or changes the way you approach the situation.
