5 Habits to more Successful in Work

You might have experienced that if you have shitty morning your rest of the day get worse.Hence first habit is

 1.) wake up early : 

our body requires sleep to heal itself. Hence minimum 7 hours of sleep is necessary and required for everyone 

2.) Make a To-Do list : 

The confidence help you feel lazy about work.Just look at things remaining you would motivated and start doing work.Hence To - Do list is needed 

3.) Dont engage in Multi Tasking:

Even studies have shown that majority of people downgraded their work significantly while multi tasking. 

4.) Excerise Daily :

 When we work out we become competitive in our approach and want to lift more weight same the mentality is forwarded to work too, it makes you to best of yourself.

5. Keep your room clean and desk Tidy :

Cleanliness is next to Godliness and it also impacts the way you see things
